Ear threads are a new product to Beads Amore and are a fun alternative to
earring wires or posts. This is a quick and easy project that that makes a very
versatile pair of earrings due to the dressiness of the length combined with a
more casual design.
Materials:
1 pair of ear threads (purchase at our stores or see our on line How To Make at
beadsamore.com )
2 silver headpins
1—2.5 mm silver balls
2—8 mm round silver stardust beads
2 silver bead cones
2—4 mm silver daisies
Tools:
Round nose pliers
Flat nosed pliers
Wire cutters
Steps:
On a headpin, first put on a daisy, then an 8 mm silver stardust bead, then a
bead cone, and finally a silver ball. Repeat with the second headpin.
Form a loop above each silver ball (refer to basic techniques video), and attach
each formed loop to the loop on the ear thread.
