St Petersburg Bracelet #786 At 82nd St. store on Thur. 6/20/2013 6 - 8 p.m. Cost: $35.00 + supplies Come join local Artist, Joyce Berger, in this 2 hour class( pattern originally created by Michele Cousins). Joyce will share her love of beading with you while teaching you how to create a bracelet using a Double St.Petersburg stitch. With an assortment of small beads you can create this great looking bracelet. Please come in early to select your beads as classes do start on time.		Moon Goddess Bracelet #787 At 82nd St. store on Sunday 6/23/2013 1 - 3 p.m. Cost: $40.00 + supplies You'll need some bead weaving experience to create this bracelet using circular peyote and a modified St. Petersburg chain stitch. This is a two part class (6/23 & 6/30) with the clasp in the 1st session and the 2nd we create the bracelet band and finish up your project. Local artist, Sue Ley, will be your instructor. Tila Crooked Path Bracelet #788 At 82nd St store on Wed. 6/26/2013 5:30 - 8:30 p.m.. Cost: $30.00 + supplies Local artist, Sue Ley, will be your instructor and is eager to share her pattern for this Tila creation. No experience is necessary for this 3 hour beginning bead weaving class. You may not complete in time allowed depending on experience but will be knowledgable enough to finish on your own time. This is a very easy beginner bracelet using a peyote stitch on both sides of the Twin beads. You should be able to complete this bracelet in the 2 hour class. You do need to know your peyote stitch for this 3 hour class. You will not finish in class time but will be comfortable enough to complete it on your own time. Leather wrap bracelet #659 At 82nd St. store on Sat. 6/29/2013 2 - 4 p.m. Cost: $ 30.00 + supplies Using Greek leather, silk thread and semi precious beads you will learn the technique to create this cool double wrapped bracelet that you've seen in so many magazines. Depending on the number of wraps for your bracelet, you may not complete in class, but will feel confident enough to finish on your own. Ginny will be your instructor. PMC #2, pendant w/stone #692 At 82nd Street store on Sat 8/10/2013 10 - 5:00 p.m. Cost: $60.00 + supplies In this Precious Metal Class you will learn how to create a pendant & can add a mounted CZ and/or dichroic glass. Most will have extra clay in which you can create some pieces for earrings, etc. We will roll, stamp, file, sand, fire, tumble, patina and polish your pieces. One CZ & dichroic piece will be included with the class. All supplies available for purchase. Supplies needed: Basic kit, PMC3 clay, paste & syringe. There will be a demo on using a torch for firing.
